We never see your conversations. Hikmu only receives the short request your AI app sends when it calls an agent.
Each organization's data is isolated at the database level.
Staff access requires two-factor authentication.
Integration keys are shown once and stored only as hashes.
Agents do not reveal their source files or internal instructions.
We publish what is tested and mark what is not.

Frequently asked questions

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI apps such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor use outside tools. Connecting Hikmu lets your app call our expert agents; it never gives the app our source files.

Which apps and plans work?

Any AI app that supports remote MCP servers. Some apps allow this only on certain paid plans; the Integrations page lists each app's requirements and whether we have tested it.

Why do I need a separate AI subscription?

Your AI app does the reasoning and writing. Hikmu supplies the expert method and reviewed knowledge. That keeps Hikmu affordable and lets you keep the AI app you already like.

Do you see my conversations?

No. Your conversation stays in your AI app. Hikmu receives only the short request your app sends when it calls an agent, and keeps usage records for billing.

How do I cancel?

A 30-day pass simply ends after 30 days. A subscription can be cancelled any time in Billing; you keep access until the paid period ends.

What are an agent's limits?

Agents supply reviewed knowledge and methods for their field and say what they do not cover. They do not take actions such as payments, and professional decisions still need a qualified person.
